Swim Team 

Welcomes the Southampton Swordfish 

 


We look forward to 
hosting you onTuesday, July 5th at 
6pm! 

Parking: The Avalon parking lot gets crowded and usually overflows onto nearby 
Heathfield Road. Please carpool if possible. We ask that you be mindful of our 
neighbors on surrounding streets and avoid parking in front of their driveways. 

Warm-Ups: Southampton warm-ups will be 5:30-5:45pm 

Seating: Guest team seating is located to the left side of the competitive pool, 
just as you walk in the front gate. We will have chairs set up for your use. 
Seating is limited, so you may want to bring additional fold-up chairs. There is 
also a grassy area outside of the gate that may be used. 

Food: The Avalon Snack Bar will be open during the meet and will serve snack-
bar fare—pizza, hamburgers, soft pretzels, ice cream, snow cones, candy, sodas, 
etc. The grill will also be open during the meet, serving hamburger and hot dog 
meals. Please bring cash, as neither location accepts credit cards. 

Restrooms: The restrooms are located in the breezeway next to the snack bar. 
Indoor showers are available in each of the restrooms. 

Inclement Weather: We will follow the JRAC Inclement Weather policy. Rain 
does not postpone a meet. No decision can be made to postpone a meet until at 
least one hour from the time of meet start or last delay. If we are in a delay, we 
recommend that swimmers and families go to their cars for 30 minutes.
